Qantas to Make Up Its Mind Before the End of 2021

According to West Australia Today, Qantas has completed its assessment of the Airbus and Boeing bids. Journalist Patrick Hatch said the airline would make its choice known before the end of 2021. The Australian flag carrier would therefore sign a letter of intent without completing the funding. This would be completed by mid-2022. Deliveries are expected to begin in 2023 and the order could include around 100 aircraft in all.
