Airbus sells fourteen A220

Airbus has released its updated order backlog as of September 30, 2019.

One undisclosed customer ordered ten A220-100s while another went on with an order of four A220-300s. The total firm orders of the A220 family is now 525.

The update also includes a slight modification to SWISS’s order. The number of A220-300 ordered increases to 21 while the order of A220-100 goes to 9. The last aircraft to be delivered to SWISS will therefore be an A220-300.
