PC-24, the first SUV jet
In general, an SUV is expected to be able to take all of its passengers’ baggage in order to allow a family to leave for the weekend with all they need. The SUV is also distinguished by its ability to drive on unpaved roads.
That’s exactly what the PC-24 does, with a payload of 2,500 pounds and a large cargo door. It is the only jet in its class that can land on dirt runway.
The PC-24 is an aircraft perfectly suited for gravel runways of northern Canada and it truly is a flying SUV. Here is the video demonstration of his abilities on dirt runway.
